By accessing and using FitKonnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily use FitKonnect for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring materials to another person

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

When registering for events through FitKonnect, you agree to abide by the event organizer's terms and conditions. Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the event organizer. FitKonnect acts as a platform and is not responsible for event execution, cancellation, or refund decisions.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment instrument at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FitKonnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The information on FitKonnect is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitKonnect excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or be error-free.

In no event shall FitKonnect, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
